KShare es un producto y/o servicio utilitario cuyas funciones básicas son la duplicación de pantalla de dispositivos, gestión, control y servicios en línea. 3.Supplementary Explanation on Device Permission Invocation
(1) Storage Permission
When you use this application, to ensure the stable operation of the installed application, we need to apply for and obtain this permission from you, and we promise to only read or cache information necessary for the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(2) Network Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with services such as application search, discovery, parsing, connection, and screen, multimedia, etc. casting. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, but it will affect the normal use of the main functions of the application.
(3) Location Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to obtain the SSID information of the WiFi currently connected to the device. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(4) WiFi Modification Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with the service of scanning QR codes to connect to the large screen hotspot within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(5) Camera Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with camera services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(6) Photo Album Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with photo album access and snapshot services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(7) Microphone Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with presentation services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(8) Media Library Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with audio casting services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(9) Third-party App Installation Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with the app version upgrade function. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services.
(10) Ad Push Permission
When you use this application, we may recommend contextual advertisements to you through third-party SDKs.
(11) Display Over Other Apps Permission
When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with annotation during screen mirroring and the screen mirroring management floating button function. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. You can manage your system permissions by accessing the system "Settings" at any time.
(2) Processing of Your Personal Information
4.File, Image, Video Screen Mirroring Function
To achieve screen mirroring of files, images, and videos to devices, we will process the following information:
Device model, device name, device identifier, device IP address, images, videos, files (the images, videos, files used for screen mirroring are only transmitted, we do not save them), WiFi information. WiFi information is collected when switching networks in the background, used to restart the DLNA service and re-search for devices to mirror to.
5.Device Control and Management
To provide you with control and management services for screen mirroring receiving devices, we need to collect the following information:
(1) Device Binding
Phone WiFi list, WiFi password, device MAC address, device model, device version, manufacturer, device identifier, device binding records.
(2) Device Control
Device name, device model, device version, manufacturer, device identifier, device MAC address, device IP address, device operation status, custom attributes, set parameters, business events, device control records, AndroidID, OAID, IDFA.
6.Others
As mentioned above, if a function or product/service requiring collection of your personal information is not explained in this policy, or if we exceed the purpose stated when collecting your personal information and the directly or reasonably related scope, we will separately explain to you before collecting and using your personal information by updating this policy, page prompts, pop-ups, message notifications, website announcements, or other means convenient for you to learn, and provide you with a way to independently choose to consent, and collect and use it only after obtaining your explicit consent.

Third-party SDKs may collect personal information related to you during the service process, and their behavior is governed by their own privacy policies. If there is a reasonable reason as mentioned above and your authorization and consent are required, we will inform you of the purpose and type of information to be shared before sharing (if involving your sensitive personal information, we will also inform you of the content of the sensitive information involved) and only share after obtaining your authorization and consent;

4. Personal Information Data Transmission
Only when the KShare software on the screen mirroring receiving end is activated by you, your screen mirroring receiving device's MAC address will be uploaded to our servers. Apart from this, all other device information and all your personal information obtained by this product will not be uploaded to servers; they are only stored locally on your device.
5. Data Storage
(1) When the KShare software on the screen mirroring receiving end is activated by you, the KShare software will obtain and save your screen mirroring receiving device's MAC address and upload it to our servers.
(2) Your files will be automatically saved on the screen mirroring receiving end after screen mirroring (but will not be uploaded to servers).
(3) For personal information stored locally on your device, you can exercise any of your legal rights locally, such as editing, deleting, using, etc.; we will not and cannot perform any unauthorized actions such as editing, deleting, or using any personal information saved locally by you.
(4) For your information that our servers can obtain and store:
