1.This policy applies to the "KShare" software. 

KShare is a utility product and/or service, with the basic functions being "device screen mirroring, management, control, and online services". To provide you with the aforementioned basic functional services, we will clearly inform you of the information collected and its purpose, in order to respond to your service requests. Depending on the service you choose, we may collect one or more types of your personal information. 

2.Scope of Non-Application of This Policy 

Our products and/or services may contain or link to information and/or third-party services (including any third-party applications, websites, products, services) provided by third parties. These information and/or services are operated by third parties. When you use third-party information and/or services, the relevant user agreements and privacy policies presented to you by the third party apply, as well as other products and/or services not provided to you by Horion.

We mainly collect personal information involved when you use our products and/or services through the following channels:

Since we offer many products and services with different content provided to you, the types of your personal information collected will also vary depending on the content of the product and/or service. 3.Supplementary Explanation on Device Permission Invocation 

(1) Storage Permission 

When you use this application, to ensure the stable operation of the installed application, we need to apply for and obtain this permission from you, and we promise to only read or cache information necessary for the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(2) Network Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with services such as application search, discovery, parsing, connection, and screen, multimedia, etc. casting. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, but it will affect the normal use of the main functions of the application. 

(3) Location Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to obtain the SSID information of the WiFi currently connected to the device. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(4) WiFi Modification Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with the service of scanning QR codes to connect to the large screen hotspot within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(5) Camera Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with camera services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(6) Photo Album Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with photo album access and snapshot services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(7) Microphone Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with presentation services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(8) Media Library Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with audio casting services within the application. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(9) Third-party App Installation Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with the app version upgrade function. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. 

(10) Ad Push Permission 

When you use this application, we may recommend contextual advertisements to you through third-party SDKs. 

(11) Display Over Other Apps Permission 

When you use this application, we need this permission to provide you with annotation during screen mirroring and the screen mirroring management floating button function. If you do not need such service, you can turn off this permission at any time, which will not affect the use of other services. You can manage your system permissions by accessing the system "Settings" at any time. 

(2) Processing of Your Personal Information 

4.File, Image, Video Screen Mirroring Function 

To achieve screen mirroring of files, images, and videos to devices, we will process the following information: 

Device model, device name, device identifier, device IP address, images, videos, files (the images, videos, files used for screen mirroring are only transmitted, we do not save them), WiFi information. WiFi information is collected when switching networks in the background, used to restart the DLNA service and re-search for devices to mirror to. 

5.Device Control and Management 

To provide you with control and management services for screen mirroring receiving devices, we need to collect the following information: 

(1) Device Binding 

Phone WiFi list, WiFi password, device MAC address, device model, device version, manufacturer, device identifier, device binding records. 

(2) Device Control 

Device name, device model, device version, manufacturer, device identifier, device MAC address, device IP address, device operation status, custom attributes, set parameters, business events, device control records, AndroidID, OAID, IDFA. 

6.Others 

As mentioned above, if a function or product/service requiring collection of your personal information is not explained in this policy, or if we exceed the purpose stated when collecting your personal information and the directly or reasonably related scope, we will separately explain to you before collecting and using your personal information by updating this policy, page prompts, pop-ups, message notifications, website announcements, or other means convenient for you to learn, and provide you with a way to independently choose to consent, and collect and use it only after obtaining your explicit consent. 

When you do not agree to the collection of personal information under each function, it will only result in your inability to use that function. 

Exception Cases: 

We process your personal information without your authorization and consent in the following cases: 

• Where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party; 

• Where it is necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations; 

• Where it is necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information 

(1) Sharing 

Your personal information is an important basis for us to provide you with products and/or services. Regarding your personal information, we only collect and use it within the purpose and scope described in this policy or as required by laws and regulations, and strictly keep it confidential. We will not share your personal information with third-party companies, organizations, and individuals, unless one or more of the following situations exist, and we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, and necessary purposes: 

1.At Your Request or with Your Prior Explicit Authorization and Consent 

After obtaining your authorization or explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other companies, organizations, and individuals. If we entrust a third party to provide you with products or services (such as user activities, delivery of lottery prizes, prize redemption with points), we will share the aforementioned information with the third party after obtaining your consent. If you refuse to provide such information, we will be unable to complete the relevant delivery service. We will share your sensitive personal information only after obtaining your separate consent. 

2.Necessary Sharing with Our Affiliated Companies 

We will only share necessary personal information (for example, to facilitate your use of our account to log in and use products or services of our affiliated companies, we will share your necessary personal information with the affiliated company), and it is bound by the purposes stated in this policy. If we share your sensitive personal information or if the affiliated company changes the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will seek your separate consent or authorization again. 

3.Necessary Sharing with Business Partners 

Some of our services will be provided by business partners or jointly provided with business partners. For the smooth development of necessary/reasonable business, to meet your requirements, to fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under relevant user agreements or this policy, or to comply with legal purposes, we need to share part of your information with some business partners. We will only share your necessary personal information. If we share your sensitive personal information or change the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will seek your separate consent or authorization again. Our business partners mainly include:

Payment institutions providing payment services for you, operators providing one-click login services, third-party delivery companies, technical service providers, analytical service providers. 

(2) Third-party Merchants on Our Platform 

To fulfill your need to purchase products or services (including enjoying after-sales service), we will share your order information and transaction-related information with third-party merchants on our platform. 

(3) Partners Providing Data Services (including data statistics, data analysis) 

To maintain/improve our products/services and provide you with better content, we will share your relevant information (including: video playback records, terminal model, the city you are in) with designated partners providing such services. For your information security, we currently only cooperate with partners who have signed strict data security confidentiality agreements, and these companies must comply with our data privacy and security requirements. Unless we have your consent, we will not share your personal identification information with them. 

(4) Other Business Partners 

For partners who entrust us with promotion, we have the right to share with them analysis/statistical information formed by our use of your relevant information sets after anonymization processing and de-identified or anonymized device information, to help them make decisions and suggestions and further understand user needs. However, without your consent, we will not share information that can be used to identify your personal identity. 

(5) Use of SDKs and Application Programming Interfaces 

To ensure the implementation and secure, stable operation of KShare, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application may integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), or use other third-party products/services to achieve the aforementioned service purposes. Third-party SDKs may collect personal information related to you during the service process, and their behavior is governed by their own privacy policies. We recommend that you carefully review the third-party privacy policies before using related services (see links for details).

• Sharing with third parties to protect you, our other users, device company, or social public interests, property, or safety from damage; 

• In some cases, only by sharing your information can we realize the functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need, or handle disputes or controversies between you and others; 

• Sharing in accordance with relevant agreements signed with us, including: online agreements, platform rules, or legal documents; 

• In line with the agreements between you and other third parties; 

• Assisting in Dispute Handling: If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, we may disclose information to the respondent at their request, so that both parties can handle the rights dispute. Only by sharing your information can we provide the service you need, or handle disputes or controversies between you and others. 

• Circumstances as required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative authorities: If we determine that you have violated laws, regulations, or seriously violated the relevant agreement rules of our platform, or to protect the personal and property safety of users of our platform website, its affiliated companies, or the public from infringement, we will disclose your personal information in accordance with legal provisions, including related violations and measures our platform has taken against you. If you or the account you use uploads illegal videos/images/text, or violates platform rules with videos/images/text, violating laws, regulations, and/or public order and good customs, causing significant social impact, and damaging our platform's reputation, we will have the right to disclose your information and penalty situation. 

When we share information with business partners, we protect your personal information in various ways: 

If there is a reasonable reason as mentioned above and your authorization and consent are required, we will inform you of the purpose and type of information to be shared before sharing (if involving your sensitive personal information, we will also inform you of the content of the sensitive information involved) and only share after obtaining your authorization and consent; 

We will conduct security assessments and processing on the output form, flow, and use of data. Please note that even after obtaining your authorization and consent, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will try to de-identify or anonymize the personal information in the shared content. You understand and acknowledge that information after anonymization processing cannot identify or associate with you, no longer constitutes personal information, and sharing of anonymized information does not require your authorization and consent. 

(2) Transfer 

Transfer refers to the process of transferring the control of personal information to other companies, organizations, or individuals. In principle, we will not transfer your personal information, except in the following cases:

2.With your prior explicit authorization and consent; 

3.If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, division, bankruptcy, asset transfer, or similar transaction, and your personal information may be transferred as part of such transaction, we will require the new holder to continue to comply with and fulfill all the contents of this policy (including purpose of use, usage rules, security protection measures). 4. Personal Information Data Transmission 

Only when the KShare software on the screen mirroring receiving end is activated by you, your screen mirroring receiving device's MAC address will be uploaded to our servers. Apart from this, all other device information and all your personal information obtained by this product will not be uploaded to servers; they are only stored locally on your device. 

5. Data Storage 

(1) When the KShare software on the screen mirroring receiving end is activated by you, the KShare software will obtain and save your screen mirroring receiving device's MAC address and upload it to our servers. 

(2) Your files will be automatically saved on the screen mirroring receiving end after screen mirroring (but will not be uploaded to servers). 

(3) For personal information stored locally on your device, you can exercise any of your legal rights locally, such as editing, deleting, using, etc.; we will not and cannot perform any unauthorized actions such as editing, deleting, or using any personal information saved locally by you. 

(4) For your information that our servers can obtain and store: 

1.We will retain your personal information as described in this privacy policy as long as we have a legitimate business and need, such as providing services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable law. 

2.We will properly keep your personal information. If you request us to delete your personal information we retain, we will delete it as per your request, provided that deleting such information does not violate relevant applicable laws; if deletion is not possible, we will take appropriate measures, such as anonymization, to ensure the security of your personal information. 

3.We may change the storage period of your personal information to comply with legal requirements, including: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other relevant provisions; to comply with court judgments, rulings, or other legal procedures; to comply with the requirements of relevant government authorities or statutory authorized organizations; to execute relevant service agreements or this policy, maintain social public interests, and protect the rights and interests of our customers, us, our affiliated companies, and other users. 

4.When our products or services cease operations, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period; we will strictly limit information sharing in accordance with the requirements of relevant applicable laws to protect your personal information security.
